DEPOSITS: A deposit of one (1) night stay is required at the time of booking. Weekly stays require 50% at time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, any paid deposits are non-refundable. There is a $10 cancellation fee for any reservations cancelled from time of booking to 14 days prior to arrival date. No refunds for early departure.
CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 1:00 pm.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is 11:00 am.
QUIET HOURS: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
Late arrivals: If you are arriving later than 6PM please call us with your estimated time of arrival. We ask late arrivals to park in your assigned spot and check in the morning.
PETS: Pets are welcome if kept quiet and leashed at all times. No more than three (3) Pets per RV. For the comfort of all of our guests, pets are not allowed inside any of our buildings, fire-pit areas, or on the grass area at any time. For everyone’s safety, pets must be on a LEASH at all times, including when outside your RV space. No Exceptions.
Please do not leave your pet tied up outside unattended. Please clean up after your pet immediately. NO AGGRESSIVE pets are allowed
SEWER CONNECTIONS: Sewer hoses MUST have an elbow/sewer adapter connection from your sewer hose to our sewer pipe. Please make sure it is sealed properly. This is in accordance with the Utah health department.
CLEAN UP: Please clean up during and after your stay.
