Things to do

1. Paiute Trials 

The Paiute trail system is located in Central Utah with direct access to trails from Marysvale RV Park. With no beginning and no end these trails are the largest in the nation. Many riders consider these trails to be the top riding destination. With more than 900+ miles of endless trails to discover and scenery like no other, you’ll discover why it was rated one of the top 10 in the country by Dirt Wheels Magazine. The main #01 loop trail is 238 miles long with over 800+ of marked side trails and 1900+ miles of accessible forest roads and trails. 

These trails cater to family type riding to the more enthusiastic rider. You’ll be able to enjoy the dense forest scenery with remote mountain lakes and streams with activities such as fishing, hiking, rock hounding and so much more. Exploring this vast and remote wilderness with the free roaming elk and deer and other wildlife are a sure bet to witness. From the 11,000 foot ridges to maneuvering on the four foot wide trails to taking a break in a meadow with the quaking aspens as the backdrop are only a few of the experiences you’ll witness when riding these trails.  These breathtaking, relaxing and invigorating trails don’t have enough adjectives to describe. 2. Hiking
Along with all of Utah’s tremendous outdoors – Marysvale offers great hiking for kids and adults. Hike to Bullion Falls up Bullion Canyon, to Blue Lake in the Tushars, or even to the top of Delano Peak; Utah’s 4th highest mountain. Check out AllTrails.com to help guide you. 


3. River Rafting

The Sevier river in Marysvale Canyon attracts visitors every year. You can kayak or tube down the lazy river or have a guided tour down the rapids. We’ve got it all. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. Water Sports

Piute Reservoir is only 11 minutes south of Marysvale on Hwy 89. You can also access from the Paiute trail. Enjoy kayaking, canoeing, waterskiing and fishing.

 

5. Fishing 

Fish for trout, bass, pike, and more at various lakes in the area; including Piute Reservoir at Piute State Park, Barney Lake, Puffer Lake, Otter Creek Reservoir, Fish Lake, & more. Fly fishing is also a popular activity in the area. The Sevier river, Clear creek, & Otter creek are just a few of the nearby streams & rivers.

6. Biking

Mountain biking and trail biking are both great activities in and around Marysvale. If you’re a trail biker, check out the Marysvale canyon bike trail. This trail follows the Sevier river as it winds through this beautiful canyon all the way to Joseph.
